1.Feeding System

a. Streamlined design in Feed Hopper guarantees material can go into the equipment and be separated smoothly in case the material accumulates in the feed hopper.

b. Grizzly is equipped on the feed hopper which can separate away the big stone bigger than 80 to 150mm. The use of grizzly
reduces
the working pressure and extend the service life.

2.Screen System

a. Clay Scrubber is to break off hard clay's to increase gold recovery.

b. The double-layer Trommel Screen is made of high manganese steel wire. The support frame for screen is made of 20CrMo which is usually used as oil extraction rod. The screen is fixed by screws and is easy for screen changing. The screen exchanging period is more than half a year longer than other material’s screen’s 2 to 3 months.

3.Gold Recovery System

a. We designed patented Hydraulic Vibrating Sluice which has a higher recovery rate and not easily damaged.
b. Sluice Box is made of stainless steel. Anti-rust, anti-corrosion, anti-abrasion.Carpet in the sluice is made by Mitsubishi imported from Japan. Durable, double-layer, anti-skid, anti-abrasion, anti-corrosion,
high recovery rate up to 99%.

4.Powering system

a. Power System is equipped with trailer for easy moving and its brand could be Weichai, Cummins or other brands required by
clients.

b. Power System can be replaced by diesel engine. We always try our best to help clients to save energy and cost.

5.Centrifugal Concentrator

We have fully-continuous (Knelson Continuous Variable- Discharge, CVD type) and Semi-continuous(Batch type) centrifugal gold
concentrators for you to choose.Application shows that the recovery can be as high as 99%

6.Shaking Table

The Shaking Table further processes small-sized concentrators form sluices or concentrates.

7.Mercury Amalgamator

With the help of Mercury, to extract all the gold out from the concentrates that recovered by the sluice and concentrators.

8.Gold Smelting Furnace

Smelting Furnace to smelting the gold sand and make into final product of gold bars.
