Hammer crusher is an efficient equipment that uses high-speed rotating hammer heads to impact materials for crushing. It has the characteristics of high crushing ratio (10-50:1), high production efficiency, and uniform discharge particle size. Its core working principle is based on kinetic energy conversion: the motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed (with a linear velocity of up to 80-100m/s), and the hammer head strongly impacts, shears, and grinds the material, instantly crushing it to the desired particle size.

Widely used in industries such as cement, mining, power, and chemical, especially suitable for the crushing and fine crushing of brittle materials below medium hardness (such as limestone, coal gangue, shale).

Structural diagram

Impact fragmentation mechanism: The material enters the crushing chamber from the feeding port, and the high-speed rotating hammer (made of high manganese steel or alloy material) performs the first impact crushing on the material. The material thrown towards the counterattack plate collides with the hammer head twice, further refining the particles. The sieve plate controls the particle size of the discharged material, and materials that do not meet the standards are returned to the crushing chamber for repeated crushing. Triple crushing effect: Impact (primary) → Shear (secondary) → Grinding (final), ensuring that the finished product particle size is ≤ 30mm and the proportion of powder is controllable.
